Phiar’s patented modulator technology provides a means to modulate signals at frequencies as high as our diodes allow.

This modulator can operate virtually as fast as the applied voltage changes. The wavelength that is modulated depends upon the size of the antenna. Phiar can provide modulation ranges in which no other practical modulators exist.

We have demonstrated modulation in our metal-insulator diode/antenna devices.
